My work centers on closing the gap between a woman’s success and how that success is perceived in the rooms where influence happens.
I call this
The Authority Gap.
Because leadership is not only about what you have accomplished.
It is how the room experiences you.
Through my work, three critical elements come into alignment:
Presence
How you carry yourself and command the room.
Voice
How is your expertise expressed with clarity and conviction?
Perception
How others interpret your credibility, leadership, and influence.
When these align, everything shifts.
Credibility accelerates. Opportunities expand. Authority becomes unmistakable.
My path into this work began in the beauty industry and evolved into leadership roles in direct sales, culminating in a Regional Vice President role.
After losing everything, my title, my team, and my income,
I rebuilt with a deeper understanding of identity, confidence, and resilience.
That experience became foundational to the work I do today.
I later became a Certified International Image Consultant and served as President of the Chicago Chapter of the Association of Image Consultants International (AICI).
What emerged from that work was something far greater than an image.
It became a methodology for leadership, visibility, and influence.
For over 16 years, I’ve worked with accomplished women who have already achieved success but are not being seen, heard, or valued at the level they operate at.
Not because they lack capability.
But because their external presence is not fully aligned with their internal level.
When that alignment happens, everything changes.
You are no longer overlooked. No longer underestimated.
No longer questioned.
You are recognized.
If you’re ready for your presence to reflect the level you’ve already earned, you’re in the right place.
